How do I sync data between devices?

In Bug Trackr 3 and later, sync is on by default. You must be signed into iCloud with iCloud Drive enabled for sync to work. For the best sync performance, please allow push notifications in the app so that silent change notifications can be sent in the background. 

I can't download iTunes Store app metadata. What can I do?

Bug Trackr can automatically download app data when adding an app object. You can search by developer or app name. If you encounter an error, make sure you have an active internet connection and check your search term.

Does Bug Trackr upload or store any personal information about users without their consent?

I don't have iOS 10, can I still use Bug Trackr?

Bug Trackr 3 requires iOS 10.3. For the best experience, I recommend updating to iOS 11 or later.

Is Bug Trackr available on Android?

Bug Trackr is only available on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch running iOS 10.3 and later.
